Stephanie Roble, a Wisconsin-born sailor who later made Florida home, turned an early reluctance for the sport into a world-class career. Inspired by a friend’s Olympic journey, she rose through the ranks to become one of the top U.S. sailors, known for her fearlessness and determination. Paris marked her second Olympic appearance, supported by strong family and community backing as she trained in France leading up to the Games.
